Scope of Work

  • Removed graffiti and cleaned masonry facade. 

  • Repointed all masonry joints. 

  • Rebuilt deteriorated parapets. 

  • Replaced damaged brick. 

  • Restored masonry arches. 

  • Repaired historic stone using Jahn mortars. 

  • Fabricated and installed replica precast stone spires. 

  • Completed structural steel repairs.
